Location: Rogers Forum (33800 King Rd, Abbotsford, BC)
Time: 9:00am - 4:00pm (U9), 8:30am-4:30pm (U11 & U13)
Cost per Week: $775
What is included?
- 2 x 1HR 15M Ice-times per day
- Off-ice classroom training focusing on our D.R.E.A.M. values - discipline, respect, excellence, attitude and mindset
- Dryland training sessions
- Swag bag with jersey, t-shirts, shorts and hat
- Lunch and snacks provided each day
- Special appearances by Canucks Alumni, FIN and other special guests
- 1:5 Coach to Participant Ratio
On-Ice Training
- Skating - developing the art of skating through acceleration, speed, balance, mobility, and backward skating
- Puck Skills - developing shot strength, shot accuracy, strengthen multiple shot types, puck control, scoring touch, giving a pass, and receiving
- Competitiveness - strengthen overall qualities in scoring drive, work ethic with and without puck possession, and small area compete exercises
- Goalies receive dedicated, position-specific training daily at no additional cost.
Off-Ice Training
- Off-ice skills development
- Age-appropriate strength and agility training
- Nutrition and healthy habits seminars
- Team building and fun competitions
